Nancy Tsuzaki – Paralegal
Nancy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Marketing) from California State University, Northridge with a minor in Literature. She has been working in the legal field since 2006 and earned her certification as a paralegal from the National Association of Legal Assistants in July, 2013. She has been working as a Certified Paralegal within the field of probate, estate planning, and trusts ever since.
In her free time, Nancy enjoys landscape photography, spending time with friends and family (including her two dogs), watching movies, and rooting for the Lakers.
Kira Smith – Paralegal
Kira is a lifelong resident of Ventura. She earned her Paralegal Certificate at Oxnard College. In her free time, Kira loves being with her son and enjoying all the outdoor activities living in Southern California offers.
Jailyne Suarez – Legal Assistant
Jailyne (Jay) was raised by the beach in Oxnard. She is our legal assistant, notary public, and Spanish translator. Jay earned her bachelor’s degree at California State University, Channel Islands in Sociology. She is currently enrolled in the paralegal program at Oxnard College. When she is not studying, she loves to spend time with her family and dogs. Jay also enjoys trying new restaurants with her boyfriend.
Natalie Swarts – Legal Operations Assistant
Natalie is our Legal Operations Assistant. She earned her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University. Natalie enjoys spending time with family, hiking, reading and exploring local museums.
